Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions, utilizing our specialized online platform to connect meaningfully with clients from various backgrounds.
  • Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluations, ensuring each client receives tailored support suited to their unique circumstances.
  • Monitor client progress closely, making real-time adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to optimize therapeutic outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will predominantly involve working with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many clients may be navigating the complexities of modern life, requiring sensitive and efficient interventions delivered promptly and effectively. Through your support, you will help clients develop coping strategies, improve their emotional well-being, and ultimately foster resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, with a proven track record of generating positive client outcomes.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology for therapeutic interventions, with a focus on creating impactful online experiences.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of building strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
  • A commitment to ethical practice and adherence to state and federal regulations regarding mental health services.
Preferred Experience

While a Bachelor’s degree and licensure are required, candidates with prior experience in outpatient settings or specialized training in therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care will be prioritized. Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competence will also be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
