Valor Veterinary Emergency Hospital is the only 24/7 emergency veterinary hospital in our region, and we’ve built a hospital focused on practicing excellent medicine while creating a workplace where people actually enjoy coming to work. Our doctors and technicians work together as a team, relying on each other’s skills, experience, and judgment to provide the highest level of care possible. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Louisiana
• Commitment to practicing high-quality medicine and compassionate patient care
• Strong communication and client education skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff
• Respect for veterinary technicians as critical partners in patient care
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable, and solution-focused in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
• Emergency experience preferred, but not required
• General practitioners interested in transitioning to emergency medicine are encouraged to apply
• New graduates with a strong work ethic and growth mindset are encouraged to apply
