Valiente Mott Injury Attorneys is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Las Vegas office to join our intake team. The position's focus is to confidently present clear service information to potential clients with the goal of encouraging the decision to hire our firm.
This requires strong communication skills both via phone, text, chat and e-mail, data entry, and other tasks related to potential case intake. Our Intake Specialists possess qualities that build relationships and are customer/client focused. They serve our potential clients and answer their inquiries. They are compassionate, understanding, and patient.
We are looking for an individual who is outgoing, focused, and is able to manage a high volume and time sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently. Strong people skills are necessary. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
This is a position for someone who is looking for a long term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements
Our ideal candidate will have plaintiff personal injury experience.
Excellent communication and people skills are essential.
Candidates must be organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Must reside in Nevada
