Vail Mountain Lodging is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help deliver exceptional service and support the daily operations of our vacation rental community. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, building strong relationships with owners and guests, and keeping operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, solutions-focused, and ready to grow your property management career in the heart of Vail, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties Include:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for guests and homeowners, providing a welcoming experience and responsive support throughout their stay.
  • Conduct daily inspections of buildings and private residences to ensure properties are maintained to high standards.
  • Complete light maintenance, grounds upkeep, and property care tasks to support the overall guest and homeowner experience.
  • Monitor property conditions, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate issues or needs to the appropriate teams.
  • Act as the eyes and ears of the properties, helping ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service.

Location: Vail Mountain Lodging, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO
Start Date: 8/10/2026
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $32 - $35/ hour
Schedule: Thursday - Monday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

  • Spanish language skills are a plus.
