Role Description:

As an Account Associate for State Farm, you will support daily operations, nurture customer relationships, and act as a liaison between clients and agency departments. Your role focuses on proactive marketing of relevant products and services to improve customer lives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
