About the Role

We're hiring a Medical Assistant to support our telemedicine platform, which primarily serves patients in dermatology, weight loss, and primary care. This is a flexible, part-time remote position ideal for someone looking to earn extra income on their own schedule while doing meaningful clinical support work.

What You'll Do

• Triage incoming patient messages by urgency and topic
• Draft and send responses to patient questions and concerns
• Route more complex clinical questions to the appropriate provider
• Help ensure patients receive timely, accurate communication

Schedule

• Minimum 30 minutes/day, up to 2 hours/day to start
• Flexible hours — work when it suits you
• We're especially looking for coverage in the mornings and evenings
• 7 days a week availability preferred (doesn't need to be every day, but consistency is a plus)
• Work from home, a laptop, phone, or tablet — wherever works for you

Pay

• $20/hour to start
• Opportunities to increase pay based on skill level and performance

Requirements

• Must be living in the USA
• Previous clinical experience strongly preferred (MA, CNA, EMT, scribe, or similar background)
• Comfortable communicating clearly and professionally in writing
• Reliable access to a phone, tablet, or computer with internet access
• Able to start immediately
