Job description
Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Analyze the workflow and integration between the systems and look for opportunities for improvement
- Communicate directly with solution providers to improve and/or solve complex technical issues
- Respond to Jira tickets and (IT ticketing System) to solve and define technical issues with VTEX , Autostore & B1.
- Create and manage internal user guides for VTEX, Autostore & B1
- Optimize site functionality and navigation to enhance user experience leading to increased conversion rates
- Identify and analyze customer behavior trends, sales data, website traffic using Google Analytics to broaden business opportunities
- Collaborate with the sales team to align e-commerce strategies with overall sales goals
- Partner with the customer support team to address issues and improve the overall customer experience
Qualifications / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- IT knowledge, especially front-end and back-end e-commerce systems
- At least 4-5 years of relevant IT/e-commerce experience preferred
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., VTEX, Shopify,) and proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Google Analytics or other metrics platform preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
