Job Title: IT Sales Representative (Cloud, AI & Technology Solutions)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (Uncapped)
Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced IT Sales Representative to sell Cloud Services, AI solutions, Neria platforms, Cloud Consulting services, and Apple Products. This role is quota-based and performance-driven. You are expected to produce revenue quickly and consistently.
This position is not entry-level. Candidates must already understand technology sales and be comfortable owning the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities
  • Sell Cloud, AI, Neria, and Cloud Consulting services to business clients
  • Sell Apple products and enterprise Apple solutions
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new B2B opportunities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
  • Conduct discovery calls and present solutions to technical and executive stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure solution alignment and successful handoff

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in IT sales, technology sales, or B2B solution selling
  • Strong understanding of cloud computing and AI-based solutions
  • Experience selling IT services or professional services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit targets without supervision

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling Apple products or enterprise hardware
  • Background in cloud consulting or digital transformation
  • Existing book of business or strong outbound sales capability

Compensation & Commission Structure
  • Base salary (commensurate with experience)
  • Uncapped commission based on closed revenue
  • Commission paid per deal and/or monthly revenue targets
  • Accelerators available for exceeding quota
  • High performers earn significantly above base

Performance Expectations
  • You are expected to close deals
  • You are accountable for your numbers
  • Failure to meet targets will result in performance review
