We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and autonomous Physical Therapist (PT) to join our mobile outpatient therapy team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care directly to individuals in their homes. This position offers a highly predictable schedule, excellent compensation, and a localized territory to minimize travel time.

We currently have a need for 2 Physical Therapists: Framingham (mobile outpatient) Newbury (clinical inpatient)

Pay & Schedule:

• Compensation: Up to $63.00 / hour (Depending on experience)
• Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours per week (Monday – Friday)
• Service Area: Mobile Outpatient, localized within a 25-minute radius of Framingham, MA

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Assessments: Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and design evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Therapeutic Intervention: Provide hands-on physical therapy, functional training, and targeted exercises to improve patient mobility, strength, and overall function.
• Education & Support: Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safe techniques, home exercise programs (HEPs), and strategies for continued progress.
• Clinical Documentation: Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans in real-time to meet functional goals.
• Care Coordination: Collaborate effectively with physicians, case managers, and other multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
• Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) while strictly adhering to APTA ethical standards and state regulations.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree (DPT) in Physical Therapy from an CAPTE-accredited program.
• Licensure: Valid and unrestricted state Physical Therapist license.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist (Home health or outpatient experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to build rapport with diverse patient populations.
• Autonomy: High level of independence, strong time-management skills, and a collaborative team mindset.
• Travel Requirements: Must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation for daily travel to patient residences.
