We are a fast-growing men’s health clinic looking for a Front Desk / Patient Coordinator who takes pride in their work, provides outstanding service, and wants to grow with our team long-term.
Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant/Front Desk is the face of our clinic — welcoming patients, managing appointments and payments, and keeping operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our clinical team to ensure every patient has an exceptional experience from start to finish.
This position is for full-time 
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage scheduling, payments, and patient communications
  • Keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and stocked
  • Support daily administrative tasks and patient record updates
  • Assist with basic clinical or office support as needed
  • Post to social media (Facebook and Instagram) at least twice weekly
  • Maintain excellent communication and service standards across all channels

Performance Goals
  • Maintain 5-star Google rating
  • Help generate 4+ new Google reviews per week
  • Keep all patient communications up to date and responded to promptly
  • Uphold Gameday Men’s Health service and cleanliness standards daily
Schedule
  • Full-Time-Monday through Thursday (7:45am to 5pm), Friday (7:45am-4pm)

Compensation
  • Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)-$20-22/hour
