About the Role:
Join VISION RX LAB AMERICA as an Optical Lab Technician Customer Service and Distribution Associate! In this dynamic role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service and quality products to our customers while working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform optical lab functions including lens edging, mounting, and finishing.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist in the distribution of optical products to ensure timely delivery to clients.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all lab operations.
  • Utilize lab equipment and technology effectively for optimal performance.
  • Participate in training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in optical technologies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in optical lab preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of optical products and processes is a plus.
  • Proficient in using lab equipment and software related to optical manufacturing.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
