We are looking for professional security guards to fulfill one (1) Field Supervisor role within our company. As a Field Supervisor, your primary job is to be flexible and able to cover multiple different sites for our company on multiple different shifts.

Our Field Supervisor program is similar to what most security personnel may call a "Flex Guard" or "SRO", however we believe in having a group of Supervisors that are highly trained on multiple properties to be able to cover time off requests, additional coverage needs, sick leaves, special requests from clients, training, etc.

The ideal candidate will understand that this is an on-call position, and they will be required to train and learn up to 11 of our sites, or more if needed. We will conduct all training in house, and will provide plenty of training before putting you at a site on your own.

Job description:

VIP Access Management provides security and access control for multi-tenant office complexes throughout the Seattle area. We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to support and oversee multiple sites and security personnel across our portfolio.

The Field Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in maintaining operational consistency, employee accountability, and client satisfaction. This position requires a flexible schedule and availability to be on-call 24/7 for phone calls, messages, shift coverage, emergencies, PTO coverage, and callouts.

Responsibilities include covering open shifts as needed, responding to urgent staffing needs, training new and existing officers, conducting site audits to ensure Post Orders and company standards are followed, and serving as a leadership presence in the field. The ideal candidate will have schedule flexibility, strong leadership skills, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic situations.

This position is full-time (40+ hours per week) and requires schedule flexibility, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Location: King County Area.

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $28.00–$31.00 per hour (DOE)

Applicants must:

• Have at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience (security industry preferred).
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be willing and able to pass a background check.
• Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Be physically fit enough to walk or run if needed, climb stairs without difficulty, and lift and carry at least 60 pounds.
• Be highly dependable and able to respond to calls outside of normal working hours.
• Speak and write English proficiently (fluently), with strong communication and report-writing skills.
