Keywords Studios is seeking a Solutions Architect for VIP Services to lead the design and strategy of our high-value player engagement programs. In the gaming industry, VIPs represent a critical segment of both community and revenue; this role is dedicated to architecting the bespoke services that keep those players engaged, valued, and retained.

You will be the primary architect for our VIP Account Management offerings, designing programs that go beyond traditional support to focus on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and proactive engagement. You will act as the strategic lead during the sales process, instilling confidence in major publishers that we can manage their most valuable assets with the necessary gravitas and data-driven precision.

La personne retenue sera responsable de l'architecture des offres de gestion de comptes VIP, en developpant des programmes allant au-dela du support traditionnel, avec un accent sur la retention nette des revenus (NRR) et l'engagement proactif. Ce role agit egalement comme referent strategique lors du processus de vente, en apportant aux grands editeurs la confiance necessaire pour gerer leurs actifs les plus precieux avec rigueur et precision analytique.

Key Responsibilities
  • VIP Program Design: Architect end-to-end VIP engagement models, defining the "Player Journey" for high-value spenders-from tiered support access to proactive account management.
  • Proactive Growth Strategy: Design and configure proactive outreach campaigns within Helpshift to drive incremental revenue and re-engagement (e.g., lapsed spender recovery, webstore cart abandonment conversion, and special event invitations).
  • Revenue-Centric Reporting: Develop the frameworks for reporting on VIP program health, focusing on metrics like NRR, churn reduction among top-tier spenders, and campaign ROI.
  • High-Stakes Consultative Sales: Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all VIP service inquiries. You will lead discussions with client leadership to demonstrate how our bespoke human-service models directly impact their bottom line.
  • Operational Blueprinting: Work with Operations teams to define the specific profile, training, and "soft-skill" requirements for VIP Account Managers to ensure a premium service standard.
  • RFP Leadership (VIP Segment): Own the narrative for all VIP-related bids, articulating a sophisticated approach to player psychology and retention that sets Keywords apart.

RESPONSABILITES PRINCIPALES

Conception de programmes VIP : Concevoir des modeles complets d'engagement VIP, en definissant le parcours joueur pour les profils a forte valeur - de l'acces a un support differencie a une gestion proactive des comptes.

Strategie de croissance proactive : Definir et configurer des campagnes de communication proactive via Helpshift afin de generer des revenus additionnels et favoriser le reengagement (par exemple : reactivation des joueurs inactifs, conversion des paniers abandonnes sur le webstore, invitations a des evenements speciaux).

Reporting oriente revenus : Developper des cadres d'analyse pour suivre la performance des programmes VIP, en mettant l'accent sur des indicateurs tels que la NRR, la reduction du churn parmi les joueurs premium et le ROI des campagnes.

Vente consultative a fort enjeu : Intervenir comme experte sur les services VIP, en menant des echanges avec les decideurs cote client afin de demontrer l'impact direct des modeles de service personnalises sur leurs resultats financiers.

Conception operationnelle : Collaborer avec les equipes operationnelles pour definir le profil, la formation et les competences relationnelles requises pour les gestionnaires de comptes VIP, garantissant un niveau de service premium.

Pilotage des reponses aux appels d'offres (segment VIP) : Structurer et porter la vision pour les propositions liees aux services VIP, en mettant en avant une approche avancee de la psychologie des joueurs et de la retention.

Qualifications
  • VIP & Retention Expertise: 8+ years in Player Support or Account Management, with at least 3+ years specifically focused on VIP, High-Net-Worth (HNW), or Loyalty program management within the gaming or luxury digital services space.
  • Revenue Mindset: Deep understanding of "Support as a Profit Center." You should be comfortable discussing LTV (Lifetime Value), NRR (Net Revenue Retention), and churn mitigation strategies.
  • Executive Gravitas: Exceptional presence and communication skills. You must be able to build immediate trust with client-side Product Managers and Commercial Directors who are protective of their top-tier revenue drivers.
  • Strategic Design: Proven ability to turn player data and client goals into a structured, scalable service program.
  • Gaming Industry DNA: A deep understanding of the "Whale" or VIP player psyche across different genres (e.g., Mobile 4X, Casino, AAA Live Service).

QUALIFICATIONS

Expertise VIP et fidelisation : Plus de 8 ans d'experience en support joueur ou gestion de comptes, dont au moins 3 ans dedies aux programmes VIP, HNW (High Net Worth) ou de fidelite dans le secteur du jeu video ou des services numeriques premium.

Orientation revenus : Solide comprehension du support en tant que centre de profit, avec aisance dans les notions de LTV (Lifetime Value), NRR et strategies de reduction du churn.

Presence executive : Excellentes competences en communication et forte credibilite professionnelle, permettant d'instaurer rapidement la confiance aupres de responsables produits et directeurs commerciaux.

Vision strategique : Capacite demontree a transformer des donnees joueurs et des objectifs clients en programmes structures et evolutifs.

Connaissance de l'industrie du jeu : Comprehension approfondie du comportement des joueurs VIP ( whales ) a travers differents genres (par exemple : Mobile 4X, Casino, AAA Live Service).
