What You’ll Be Doing

As a Data Entry / Inventory Control Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our inventory and records are accurate and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and updating inventory records with precision.
• Assisting in tracking stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
• Organizing and managing data entry tasks to support inventory control.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
• Performing other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who thrives on organization and attention to detail. While no prior experience is required, we’d love to see the following:

• Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as spreadsheets.
• Vietnamese-speaking candidates are preferred to support our diverse team and clientele.
