Job description
Construction Foreman
Velocity Construction is seeking an experienced and dependable Foreman to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated leader with experience in concrete, masonry, and general construction who can manage crews, maintain job site efficiency, and ensure high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily job site activities
- Delegate tasks and manage crew members and subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans and layouts
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
- Communicate with project managers and customers professionally
- Maintain quality control and job site cleanliness
- Assist with hands-on work
Requirements:
- Previous foreman or construction leadership experience preferred
- Experience in concrete and masonry is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented
