Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. This role involves providing high-quality cleaning services for residential properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in various cleaning techniques, excellent customer service skills, and a strong work ethic. Prior experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly valued. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and professionalism are paramount.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated rooms
• Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming and mopping to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Handle sanitation procedures to ensure all areas meet health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of appliances and fixtures; perform light maintenance tasks when necessary
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services
• Follow established cleaning protocols using appropriate supplies and equipment

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; janitorial or custodial background is preferred
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including sanitation procedures
• Experience with housekeeper management or hotel housekeeping is a plus
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and schedules
