Business Analyst

Required Skills

• Minimum 04 Years Experience in Business Analysis tools such as: JIRA, Balasamiq & MS Visio.
• Minimum 04 Years Experience working and co-ordinating with the Technical teams in documenting business and functional requirements.
• Minimum 04 Years Experience in overseeing project deliverables
• Minimum 04 Years Experience in designing the Data model and application Prototypes.

Responsibilities:

• Elicit the functional requirements/specifications that take in to account the specific need to support client forms and notices that contain combinations of data, snippets, and variable text.
• Ensure that the system design allows for rapid development, production process of the form i.e. PTM / Committal Only/In-Center, testing and deployment of ad-hoc notices and communications as well.
• Identify the process flows and dependencies to ensure that the solution enables the generation of client facing forms and notices that must be available in 12 languages for limited English proficient individuals as per LL30.
• Review the requirements with the stakeholders for their approval.
• Provide Management Reporting and Information dissemination
• Analyze and document current systems and processes as currently implemented.
• Make recommendations for improvements based on feedback.
• Work directly with business stakeholders, clients, designers, developers, and engineers to coordinate the building of applications to spec and on time.
