THE POSITION:Utah Clean Energy is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to serve as ourDevelopment Associate. Reporting to the Development Director, this position has responsibility for meeting mutually agreed-upon Annual Fund and Clean Energy Business Coalition goals. The Development Associate prepares donor acknowledgment and stewardship materials, provides donor database management, and event support. The primary focus of this role is fundraising with some cross-functional support to the Communications Director. This position plays an important role on the Utah Clean Energy team in helping to ensure Utah Clean Energy has the financial resources needed to achieve our mission.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:The pay range for this position is $65,000-$75,000. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Compensation is dependent on relevant and demonstrated experience.
Utah Clean Energy's benefits package includes company-paid health insurance, 403(b) retirement plan contributions, life and long-term disability insurance coverage, paid vacation leave, sick leave, holiday leave, parental leave, sabbatical program, and a hybrid work environment.
