Are you passionate about baking and creating delicious treats? At Urbana, we are dedicated to crafting high-quality baked goods that bring joy to our customers. Located in Laredo, TX, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our team. If you have a love for baking and at least one year of experience, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll DoAs a Baker at Urbana, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, helping us deliver fresh and flavorful baked goods every day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts.
- Following recipes and ensuring consistency in taste and quality.
- Managing ingredients and supplies to keep the kitchen well-stocked.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and menu items.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about baking and has the skills to match. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in baking or a related role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
