At The UPS Store, we help customers with all their packing, shipping, printing, and business needs. Our team members provide top-notch service and make every interaction easy and efficient. We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Store Associate to join our team and grow with us!

Job Summary:

As a UPS Store Associate, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while assisting customers with shipping, printing, packing, and mailbox services. You’ll also handle retail transactions, maintain store organization, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and business services.

  • Process domestic and international shipments using UPS systems.

  • Professionally package items to ensure safe and secure delivery.

  • Operate printing, copying, and binding equipment for customer orders.

  • Manage mailbox rentals and handle customer mail and packages accurately.

  • Promote store services and products to meet sales goals.

  • Handle cash register operations and daily balancing.

  • Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED (required).

  • Retail, customer service, or shipping experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge.

  • Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
