Job description
Uplift Hospice Volunteer Program
Help us to make a difference in our patients' lives.
Join in for a fun and meaningful time together:
- Call numbers together
- Play themed Bingo (movies, work, volunteering, and more!)
- Chat and connect with the patient while you play
- Enjoy a snack during the game
- It's a simple way to bring joy, conversation, and connection—all while having fun with BINGO!
They are an extra layer of love and support that truly makes a difference at Uplift Hospice.
All of our volunteers are fully trained and background checked, ensuring our patients feel safe and comfortable in their care. When a volunteer request is received, we do our best to find the best possible match for each patient.
A volunteer will be introduced to the patient upon availability.
Patients are eligible to receive volunteer visits when they are alert, open to meeting a new friend, and experiencing loneliness.
