As a Café Team Member, you’ll be the heart and soul of our café. From crafting beverages to ensuring our space is warm and welcoming, your role is all about making our customers feel at home. Here’s a glimpse of your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take orders and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Prepare and serve beverages and light food items with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including seating areas and workstations.
• Assist with restocking supplies and keeping inventory organized.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns.

We’re seeking a team player who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (e.g., café, restaurant, or customer service setting).
• Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Personality: A friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for creating positive experiences.
• Work Ethic: Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
