- Asesoramiento Excepcional:No se trata solo de vender joyas, sino de crear una conexion. Ayudaras a nuestros clientes a encontrar la pieza perfecta, ofreciendo un servicio personalizado que supere sus expectativas.
- Objetivos con Proposito:Trabajaras con KPI's, objetivos individuales y grupales, donde tu desempeno sera la clave para nuestro exito comun. Te daremos las herramientas necesarias y celebraremos cada victoria juntos.
- Cuidado del Espacio:Nuestra tienda es nuestro templo y tu rol es clave para mantenerlo impecable: apertura/cierre, limpieza, visual merchandising y mucho mas. No te aburriras!
- Producto:Cada joya tiene su historia y merece ser presentada en su mejor version. Seras responsable de su cuidado, del control de stock y dar apoyo en el proceso de inventarios.
