Project Manager-IIIIntroduction:

This position is a project manager in the Family and Economic Support Technical Services (FESTS) section supporting child support systems. Project duties will include project management/ coordination, direction, guidance and consultation of multiple projects using waterfall, agile and hybrid agile methodologies. Project duties will also include PMO support tasks such as managing action items and backlog, tracking risks and issues, preparing instructions, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, preparing and managing communication plans, assisting with process improvements, tracking resource allocation, preparing status reports, managing work plans, and serving as a liaison between business and technical partners.

Responsibilities:

• Support application development for large complex systems
• Use automated tools to create detailed project plans
• Manage project coordination and direction
• Track risks and issues
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Assist with process improvements
• Document risks and develop mitigation plans
• Work with business customers to document requirements
• Support data conversion and data management projects
