Job description

Shipper & Receiver – Mississauga, Ontario:


Job Summary:

We are currently looking for an experienced Shipper & Receiver to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of shipping and receiving experience, a valid forklift license, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone interested in a long-term, stable opportunity.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, products, and paperwork.
  • Prepare, pick, pack, label, and ship outgoing orders.
  • Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as required.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Ensure products are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as required.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping and receiving.
  • Valid forklift license/certification is required.
  • Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Good knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be looking for a long-term employment opportunity.
