Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify individual needs, develop effective treatment plans, and implement necessary therapeutic interventions, adapting care plans as required based on client progress.
  • Diagnose and treat a variety of psychological conditions, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders, using evidence-based methodologies and approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive discharge plans, ensuring continuity of care beyond the telehealth session.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, acting within the scope of the Mental Health Practice Act to uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Consult with social work colleagues to offer tailored interventions, crisis support, and bereavement services as needed for patients and families.
  • Prioritize and manage daily tasks efficiently, focusing on the needs of new, ongoing, and discharging patients, and ensure timely session documentation within the designated platform.
  • Educate families and provide referrals to community resources, treatment programs, and support services to empower clients and enhance their well-being.
  • Serve as an advocate for clients and their families, facilitating effective communication between all parties involved in their mental health care.
  • Participate in debriefing sessions post-adverse events in accordance with Employee Assistance Program protocols, providing support to staff as necessary.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
