Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite, practicing within the community and homes of our patients. Here, you will engage in direct patient care, assessing their environment and delivering tailored therapy interventions. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to develop customized treatment plans based on patient history, assessments, and conditions.
• Articulate evaluation results and treatment plans clearly to patients and their families, encouraging active participation in their recovery journey.
• Implement therapeutic interventions that respond to individual progress and adapt to the dynamic healthcare landscape.
• Coordinate care by collaborating with other healthcare practitioners, documenting any changes in patient status that necessitate adjustments in the treatment plan.
• Ensure comprehensive discharge planning and aftercare, maintaining accurate documentation to reflect the patient's care trajectory.
• Meet productivity standards while managing time effectively and maintaining a clear and punctual schedule.
• Participate in community outreach and marketing initiatives to promote awareness of services offered at Unity Physical Therapy Clinic.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentoring of students, fostering a culture of learning within the organization.
• Champion patient satisfaction initiatives by addressing access barriers and enhancing the overall experience of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will work closely with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, and needing rehabilitation after injuries. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
