About the Role:As a Clinical Nurse Consultant in our team, you will oversee a Network providing high-quality nursing care, leadership, support and guidance to clinical and non-clinical staff. While supporting excellence in client outcomes.
The Clinical Nurse Consultant works collaboratively with operational leads, Care Governance and Quality team and the Clinical Education Team supporting the highest level of care delivery. You will ensure care is consistent with the mission of BlueCare and current best practice that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.
