Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided leads
• Engage potential borrowers and identify interest in loan products
• Schedule qualified appointments for licensed loan officers
• Transfer live calls to licensed loan officers when appropriate
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions
• Follow company scripts, compliance guidelines, and call procedures

Training & Development

• Participate in comprehensive, in-depth training provided by United Financial
• Learn industry best practices, sales techniques, and mortgage fundamentals
• Gain exposure to top-performing professionals in the lending space

Qualifications

• Must be willing to obtain or currently hold required licensing (if applicable by state)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls

• 100% commission-based
