We're looking for a Bendi Operator to join our team, where you'll play a critical role in safely and efficiently moving product throughout our warehouse. In this role, you'll operate a Bendi forklift to receive, put away, replenish, pick, stage, and load product while supporting inventory accuracy, operational productivity, and on-time customer shipments. Success in this role means operating equipment safely, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy, following warehouse processes, and partnering with your team to ensure customer commitments are met every day.

Your Impact:
As a Bendi Operator, you will:
- Safely operate a Bendi to receive, put away, replenish, pick, stage, and load product.
- Follow WMS-directed tasks using RF scanners to accurately move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by verifying product, location, quantities, and labels during every transaction.
- Support shipping, receiving, replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits as needed.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory practices and customer-specific handling requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers while ensuring product integrity and shipment accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following 5S principles and OSHA safety standards.
- Support other warehouse functions as business needs require and work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily operational goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience operating a Bendi required.
- Current forklift certification (or ability to become certified upon hire).
- At least 1 year of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Experience using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically active warehouse environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and following standard operating procedures.
- Dependable attendance, positive attitude, and willingness to work overtime or weekends when operational needs require.
