Unique Transformation Counseling, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our remote team in Springfield, Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual individual and group therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a comfortable and engaging environment for clients.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update personalized treatment plans based on thorough assessments, continually monitoring client progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness strategies, to address a variety of psychological issues.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to enhance treatment effectiveness, sharing client feedback and insights to optimize therapeutic approaches.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals from various cultural, socioeconomic, and age backgrounds. You will work with clients experiencing a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relational challenges. A culturally responsive care approach is essential in understanding their unique narratives and tailoring interventions that resonate with their lived experiences.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in clinical social work practice.
• Strong skills in conducting comprehensive assessments and formulating effective treatment strategies.
• A commitment to providing ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a remote work setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with telehealth practices, as well as proficiency in using EHR systems, will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. Additionally, previous work experience in community health settings or with diverse populations may be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
