The owners/CEOs launched their hospitality business from humble beginnings seventeen years ago. The entrepreneurs' first concept debuted in Austin, and their immediate success allowed them to grow at a rapid pace. Our now burgeoning business is the epitome of a start-from-scratch success story, mainly due to their clear knack for creating concepts that cater to specific demographics in certain regions within different metropolitan areas.

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Cook to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
- Ensure freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
- Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
- Season and cook food according to recipes or personal judgment and experience
- Turn or stir foods to ensure even cooking
- Respond to guest feedback with appropriate urgency and professionalism
Qualifications
- ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification, or willing to obtain
- Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
- Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
