Job description
Job Responsibilities/Function:
- Mix and blend ingredients to create various batches.
- Perform quality checks as required.
- Control flow of syrup to production lines.
- Set equipment parameters for operation.
- Pre-Weigh ingredients for each batch
- CIP sugar, mixing and syrup tanks
- Complete batching sheets
- Maintain a clean work area
- Pull water samples from mixing and syrup tanks for tasting
- Follow GMP’s and Food Safety Guidelines.
- Report any urgent Quality or Food Safety Incident to responsible Personnel
- In the event of vacation or extended absence the Quality Control Batcher duties will be covered using overtime(other Quality Control Batcher).
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to Work in Team-Oriented Environment
- Attention to Detail, Quality Focus, Organization, Supply Management, Dependability, Customer Focus and Internal Communications.
- Able to lift, push and pull 50 or more pounds repeatedly during the duration of your shift.
