Nous avons actuellement un poste à pourvoir à notre site de Ste-Eulalie QC pour un poste de soutien aux ventes internes. Ce poste clé relève du superviseur des opérations de bureau.

APERÇU DU POSTE

Le/la titulaire du poste de soutien aux ventes internes joue un rôle clé en appuyant les ventes, la saisie des commandes, la coordination de projets et la logistique pour la région du Québec. Ce rôle combine des responsabilités en ventes internes, coordination de projets commerciaux et administration des expéditions, afin d’assurer un soutien fluide entre différentes fonctions.
Ce poste vise à offrir un soutien intégré entre les départements, améliorer l’efficacité et favoriser l’excellence du service à la clientèle.

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS

• Recevoir et traiter avec précision les commandes et demandes des clients
• Offrir un soutien aux ventes internes, coordonner les traductions et assurer une expérience client harmonieuse
• Assurer le suivi des projets commerciaux dans le CRM afin de garantir des mises à jour en temps opportun, une documentation exacte et une communication efficace entre les équipes
• Recueillir et organiser les renseignements nécessaires à la préparation des soumissions par l’équipe des ventes
• Collaborer avec l’équipe commerciale pour suivre l’avancement des projets et assurer des suivis proactifs
• Coordonner et superviser toutes les expéditions vers le Québec en veillant à leur exactitude, leur ponctualité et leur bonne organisation
• Superviser les expéditions, incluant la préparation, l’emballage et la coordination adéquate
• Travailler avec les opérateurs de chargement dans la cour de Ste-Eulalie afin d’assurer un chargement précis et efficace des commandes
• Collaborer étroitement avec le département d’expédition pour maintenir des processus efficaces et offrir un soutien en cas de besoin

• Participer à des initiatives interfonctionnelles visant à améliorer la communication et l’efficacité entre les ventes, le commercial et la logistique
• Effectuer les inventaires mensuels au dépôt afin d’assurer l’équilibre des stocks
• Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe au besoin

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilinguisme (anglais et français) requis
• Expérience pertinente en ventes internes, coordination de projets ou logistique/expédition (un atout)
• Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités efficacement
• Excellentes aptitudes en communication, à l’oral comme à l’écrit, en anglais et en français
• Grand souci du détail et bonnes capacités de résolution de problèmes
• Maîtrise des systèmes CRM et de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Capacité à travailler de façon autonome tout en collaborant efficacement avec différentes équipes
• Expérience de conduite de chariot élévateur (un atout)
• Capacité à soulever des charges de 25 livres

We currently have an opening for in our Ste-Eulalie QC location for an Inside Sales Support Position. This key position within our organization will report to the Office Supervisor

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Inside Sales Support will play a key role in supporting sales, order entry, project coordination, and logistics for the Quebec region. This role combines responsibilities from inside sales, commercial project coordination, and shipping administration, ensuring seamless support across multiple functions. This role is designed to provide integrated support across departments, enhancing efficiency and driving customer service excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately receive and process customer orders and requests.
• Provide inside sales support, coordinating translations, and ensure smooth customer experience.
• Perform project follow-ups in CRM on commercial projects to ensure timely updates, accurate documentation, and effective communication between teams.
• Collect and organize necessary details for quotations prepared by the sales team.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to track project progress and ensure proactive follow-ups.
• Coordinate and oversee all Quebec shipments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper organization.
• Oversee shipments, including preparing, packaging, and ensuring proper coordination and accuracy.
• Work with loaders within the Drummondville yard and oversee accurate and timely loading of orders.
• Work closely with the shipping department to maintain efficient processes and provide backup support as needed.
• Support cross-functional initiatives to streamline communication and improve workflow between sales, commercial, and logistics functions.

• Monthly counts in the Depot to balance inventories
• Perform other duties as required.

 QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate bilingual in English.

• Previous experience in inside sales, project coordination, or shipping/logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments.

• Forklift experience.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds.
