Your Impact

• Manage a dynamic, high-volume caseload with ownership and autonomy
• Advise clients on employment-based immigration strategies
• Prepare and file key petitions, including E-2 and EB-2 NIW
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Collaborate with a results-driven team focused on efficiency and precision
• Contribute to the continued growth of a national practice

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed U.S. attorney in good standing
• 1–3 years of immigration law experience (business immigration strongly preferred)
• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
