Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse is a leading beauty and professional products distributor serving beauty professionals, barbers, salons, and beauty supply businesses. We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our sales team.

Position Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating sales and building strong relationships with new and existing customers over the phone. This position requires someone who is confident communicating with customers, understands the sales process, and is motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish, comfortable making outbound calls, following up with customers, promoting products, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

· Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers.

· Handle incoming customer calls and assist with product and order inquiries.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with professional beauty customers.

· Promote Nancy’s Beauty Warehouse products, brands, promotions, and special offers.

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products.

· Follow up with customers, leads, quotes, and previous orders.

· Generate new sales and increase sales with existing customers.

· Accurately process customer orders over the phone.

· Meet and exceed monthly and individual sales goals.

· Maintain accurate customer information and sales records.

· Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

· Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish.

· Work closely with the sales, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure customer orders are handled efficiently.

Qualifications

· 1+ year of sales experience required.

· 1+ year of phone sales experience required.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident and professional phone presence.

· Strong sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

· Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

· Able to build and maintain customer relationships.

· Excellent customer service skills.

· Organized and able to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups.

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn sales/order-entry systems.

· Previous experience in the beauty, barber, salon, or professional products industry is a plus.

Compensation

$42,000 Annual Base Salary + Commission

Starting base salary of $42,000 per year, plus commission based on sales performance. This position provides additional earning potential for motivated sales professionals who consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
