What You'll Do
  • Master the Cycle: Navigate the full lifecycle of an order-from load building to tendering-using our advanced TMS to its peak potential.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Establish power-house relationships with carriers, negotiating rates and selecting the best modes of transport to ensure cost-effective delivery.
  • Data-Driven Problem Solving: Act as a proactive analyst to identify performance trends, resolve shipment errors, and stop service failures before they happen.
  • Act as an Advisor: Train new users on our systems and document standard operating procedures that set the gold standard for operational excellence.
  • Collaborative Resolution: Serve as the critical link between shippers, receivers, and carriers to resolve complex logistical challenges with professional poise.

Basic Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in transportation or logistics (A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or a related field may be considered in lieu of experience).
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • 3+ years of deep experience in the logistics industry.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with BI and Tableau reporting to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
