This is a quantitative insights role embedded within a customer experience insights practice at a large software company. The practice has deep expertise in qualitative research and journey management, and is now building out rigorous quantification so its recommendations carry further in executive decision-making.
The scope centers on putting numbers behind experience findings — sizing customer journey moments in terms of customer volume, revenue exposure, and effort reduction, and building the measurement frameworks that make prioritization comparable across the organizations the practice serves. Quantifying a qualitative finding is what turns it into a funded decision, and that is the core contribution of this role.

The role operates across a journey management platform as system of record, an enterprise data warehouse as the evidence store, a qualitative research repository, a survey platform, a behavioral analytics tool, and standard enterprise documentation tools. MCP-based integration across these systems is in development, and this role is a primary consumer and specifier of that fabric.
