The USTA New England Section, one of 17 sections of the United States Tennis Association (USTA), is a 501(c)4 not-for-profit organization that serves around 22,500 members in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont. Purpose of the Role
The Local League Coordinator (LLC) - Eastern Massachusetts oversees all aspects of adult recreational league tennis across the region. Driven by exceptional customer service, this role focuses on recruiting, guiding, and supporting volunteer team captains and players. The LLC oversees the local league provider for the Cape, builds impactful partnerships with local industry stakeholders, and handles end-to-end league administration, including schedules, formats, and other weekly competition logistics. Working closely with local volunteer committees, the LLC plays a vital role in expanding tennis access and driving participation growth throughout the community.

The expected range for the base salary for this position is $44,000 - $55,000.
This range does not include any additional pay or benefits for which a person may qualify. The actual base salary offered is determined by several variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, the years of relevant experience, their unique skills, and the location from which they will be performing the job.
