Job Overview

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for an outpatient clinic setting in Peridot, AZ. The ideal candidate will evaluate patients, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality therapy services to improve patient mobility and function.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide outpatient physical therapy treatments
  • Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Requirements
  • Active Arizona PT License
  • BLS Certification preferred
  • Outpatient experience preferred
