- General house-keeping of all maintenance areas including refrigeration system
- Complete required paperwork
- Complete and log tasks as requested
- Battery changing and maintenance
- Equipment inspections, as requested
- General maintenance including painting, cleaning, and preventative maintenance inside and outside of the facility

- Shift(s) Available:
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 2pm-1030pm (Utility ONLY)
- 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-730am
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications
- Education-High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Experience-Previous warehouse maintenance preferred but not required
-Knowledge of general hand and power tools
-Previous residential maintenance experience
-Background in preventative maintenance

- Bend and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Lift up to 70 lbs. occasionally, with assistance.

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls.

• Effective communication and hearing are essential for safety and productivity.
• Operate scanners, tablets, radios, phones, computers, and other essential warehouse equipment as required.
• Overtime availability is essential due to demand.
• Operate a registered motor vehicle as part of daily tasks.

• Engage in frequent personal interaction and communication.
• Possess strong arithmetic and reading skills.
• Follow verbal instructions, written instructions, and company policies.
• Be a self-starter, able to work independently and coordinate with others.
