The Opportunity & Role:

We're on an exciting, scaling-journey, which is helping us accelerate our growth and ambitions to do 'business better' and in the next phase of our journey, we are hiring a Consulting Lead to join our US business (Chicago or New York based). The Lead has strong people-driven transformation experience, specifically focussed across purpose & strategy, working directly with the C-suite and Leadership Teams across the behavioural and cultural change agenda.

The Role:

• Owns key client relationships and leads B4Z project teams to land outstanding outcomes for both the Client and our business
• Delivers transformational consulting across purpose and strategy, leadership-driven culture change, leadership effectiveness and strategy mobilisation, through to acceleration and execution.
• Hustles and develops new and existing client relationships through nurturing networks, spotting challenges and uncovering opportunities for growth
• Coaches and grows the team, giving regular feedback

About you

• Experienced in leading consulting projects across the human aspects of strategic transformation
• Comfortable and experienced facilitating C-Suite strategic conversations in the context of setting overall direction
• Up for building a business and the energy required to play a pivotal role in growing us from 75 - 120+ people
• A brilliant coach and mentor with a passion for developing others
• Enjoys finding the joy with others to do truly impactful work, together
• Has a min of 8-9+ years' relevant experience
• Based in Chicago or New York

Pay Range Guidelines for this Position

The salary range for this position is 150,000 USD to 190,000 USD. Compensation is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience and skills.
