The Maintenance Associate plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and groundskeeping duties. Working within a maintenance team and under the supervision of a manager, this role focuses on maintaining a safe and clean environment without on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to prolong the equipment and facility lifespan
• Complete repair tasks promptly to minimize downtime
• Maintain facility cleanliness and orderly appearance through upkeep activities
• Conduct groundskeeping to preserve exterior maintenance standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in maintenance roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of safety procedures and standards
• Effective communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
