Position Summary

The Executive Vice President, Enterprise Sales is the senior commercial executive responsible for leading US Med-Equip's Field Sales organization, Strategic Account organization and VA/Government sales channel through direct leadership of commercial sales leaders. The EVP builds and leads a world-class commercial operating system that accelerates profitable growth, expands EBITDA, improves forecast predictability, strengthens commercial execution, and maximizes enterprise value. The role partners closely with Executive Leadership to align sales, strategic accounts, pricing, contract activation, operations, marketing, finance, and segment leadership into one disciplined commercial engine.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead the Field Sales organization through Regional Sales Directors while developing a high-performance sales culture.
  • Lead the Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts and ensure alignment between enterprise accounts and field execution.
  • Build and continuously improve USME's commercial operating system, including operating cadence, forecasting, pipeline governance, coaching disciplines, and performance management.
  • Translate commercial strategy into disciplined weekly execution that delivers predictable revenue growth and EBITDA expansion.
  • Drive contract activation, account expansion, cross-selling, pricing discipline, and commercial productivity across the enterprise.
  • Partner with Segment General Managers, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Pricing, and Supply Chain to align commercial commitments with operational execution.
  • Develop future commercial leaders and build scalable organizational capability.
  • Champion data-driven decision making through CRM integrity, analytics, forecasting, and KPI governance.
  • Lead commercial transformation by challenging legacy thinking and implementing best practices that improve scalability and enterprise value.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience with responsibility for large sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated success accelerating revenue growth, improving profitability, and leading commercial transformation.
  • Experience building scalable commercial operating systems and leadership routines.
  • Strong financial, analytical, and strategic business acumen.
  • Private equity-backed, healthcare, medical equipment, distribution, or adjacent industry experience preferred.

Working Relationships

Works in close partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborates extensively with Executive Leadership, Segment General Managers, the Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts, Regional Sales Directors, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Pricing, and other senior leaders.

Position Profile

This is a Senior Leadership role responsible for building and leading USME's commercial operating system. The EVP is accountable for transforming commercial execution into a competitive advantage through disciplined leadership, scalable processes, predictable performance, and sustained value creation.
