Umoja Food for Health combines software and live nutrition services to improve health outcomes and engagement. In addition to 1:1 counseling, clients have access to nutrition, fitness and lifestyle modification support & content, that is customized to meet their individual needs. 

Responsibilities: 

• Counsel clients with various chronic conditions virtually via phone call or video. 
• Take clear notes on 1:1 sessions and track in electronic system. 
• Appointments are booked for you by navigators. 
• Communicate with management team 

Required experience, skills and qualifications:

• Registered Dietitian certified by CDR 
• ~1 year of nutritional counseling experience with patients with chronic conditions 
• Written and oral communication skills 
• Strong technology skills 
• Diverse population, bilingual candidates encouraged in the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, Hmong, Farsi 

State Licensure not required but preferred in the following states: 

• IL, NM, NY, KY, OK, WI, or TX.
