General:

Establish and demonstrate the company's vision, mission, value statements, reputation and code of ethics with internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management:

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations of the Barge Crew on assigned projects

Maintain and manage adequate material on the barge

Train staff on appropriate use of tools/equipment and processes of barge operations

Ensure all work is in compliance with contract and codes

Upload photos of daily progress

Safety:

Responsible for safety of the barge staff on all assigned projects

Enforce staff compliance with company safety policies, protocols and procedures

Maintain all reports for safety audits, inspections, etc.

Equipment:

Experience with an Linkbelt LS 78 Crawler Crane is preferred or something similar. Must either have your current NCCCO Crane Certification or be willing to pass the test on your own time.

If you have heavy machinery experience, welding, etc. that would be a plus.

UKMC is a Monroe County Marine Construction business. We install docks, seawalls, boat lifts, rip rap, bulkhead in and around the water. We are a licensed specialty contractor with the state of Florida.
