About the Role:
Tyson Holsters is looking for an energetic and organized Gun Show Manager to lead our presence at gun shows and events in and around Pennsylvania. This is a fantastic opportunity to combine your passion for firearms with hands-on retail and event management experience. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of gun show booth setup, operations, and teardown
  • Oversee on-site sales of holsters and related accessories, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
  • Manage inventory, product displays, and merchandising at each show
  • Handle cash, card transactions, and point-of-sale operations accurately
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and gun show promoters
  • Check in with promotor the day before show opening to set up for gun shows
  • Hours of gun shows vary by promotor but are usually 9-5 on Saturday, and either 9-4 or 10-5 on Sunday.
  • Monitor competitor activities within the territory.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in retail management, event management, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel to gun shows and events on weekends
  • Physical ability to lift, transport, and set up booth equipment and inventory
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Must have a reliable vehicle capable of towing a small trailer, and be able to store company trailer at your residence
  • Must be available Fri-Sun and occasionally on Thursday
  • Must be able to legally possess firearms

Our team is passionate, knowledgeable, and driven — and we're always looking for like-minded individuals to grow with us.We are a gun holster manufacturer seeking a motivated and results-driven Gun Show Manager to oversee and enhance our sales operations within a designated travel area.We are in extreme growth mode and the ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, working, and breaking down our gun show set up within the general area of Pennsylvania/Maryland/Northern Virginia.
Skills

  • Proven experience in retail sales, direct sales, or B2B sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships and tracking sales metrics.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage potential customers effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present product demos confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers while maintaining attention to detail in all interactions.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
This is a commission based position, with a minimum guarantee, with uncapped earning potential. We have a tried and true selling system, combined with a very successful USA made product line. Company 401(k).
