ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency officially launched on January 1, 2025, and were proud to have a team of four. I graduated from University of Illinois Springfield in 2013 and have a background in government work and marketing. Outside of work, I love pickleball, basketball, tennis, traveling, and discovering great local food spots around Chicago.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Tyler Scherer - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
