  • Reliable, consistent, and detail‑oriented
  • Valid driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle
  • Able to lift 20 lbs. and clean 3–4 homes per day
  • Clear background check required
  • Positive attitude, trustworthy character, and strong self‑motivation

Responsibilities
As a Two Maids Plano professional, you’ll deliver exceptional care through our proven systems—always with the mindset of Never Doing Just Enough.

  • Clean and prepare residential homes using the Two Maids System & Checklists
  • Build lasting relationships while servicing regular weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly clients
  • Deliver high-quality results with a sharp eye for detail
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients and teammates
  • Create “Maui Moments”—thoughtful touches that make clients feel genuinely cared for
