Tutor Perini Corporation is seeking a Clerk - General Office Duties to join our corporate office in New Rochelle, NY.

From coast to coast, notable projects include The Purple Line (D Line) Extensions in Los Angeles, SR 99 Viaduct replacement tunnel in Seattle, East Side Access projects and the Hudson Yards Platform in New York, Central Subway Third Street Light Rail in San Francisco, and multiple airport expansions and bridge projects. At Tutor Perini Civil you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of large, high-profile, projects that impact your community.
Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent
Job Description:
  • Assist with clerical/administrative work regarding proposals or other projects (mostly preparing forms/documents, memos/letters)
  • Collect, organize, process and/or maintain bid documents, drawings, specifications, supply requisitions
  • Data Entry - tracking logs and databases
  • Print/scan/organize documents
  • Handle prequalification and license renewals
  • Assist estimators when needed
  • Handle sensitive/confidential information
  • Cover receptionist's lunch breaks daily
  • General office assistance as needed

Required Skills:
  • High School diploma required. A technical degree a plus.
  • Minimum 0-2+ years administrative/support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures plus ability to organize and coordinate group work efforts
  • Proficient in web based research and Microsoft Office software (Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Intermediate Excel skills required
  • Detail oriented and excellent organizational/prioritization skills
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
